History Delenex Therapeutics AG is a Swiss biotech company that was spun out from ESBATech AG in September 2009, when the ophthalmic business of ESBATech was acquired by Alcon, Inc. Delenex has access to legal and intellectual property rights for the further development, application and royalty-free commercialisation of the original ESBATech antibody technology and products in all fields except ophthalmology.

In May 2011 Delenex successfully completed a CHF 30.2 Mio Series A financing round providing sufficient resources for its development projects.
